Easter Egg Hunt And Brunch With Cousins

Today we had over cousins Christine and Charlene, plus her boyfriend Steve, for brunch and to watch Avery hunt for eggs!  Avery looked so cute in her little dress--thanks to her cousin Natalie and Emily for the hand-me down!

We made homemade strawberry scones (using the fresh picked strawberries we picked last week), egg soufles, lemon cakes with lavendar icing, and fruit salad.  (Plus delicous memosas and pommosas!).

It was a beautiful day out so we all sat outside on our deck to eat

Then we all tried on the bunny ears, even Kylie!

After we ate we hung for a little bit while Avery entertained us with some of her songs

Then we started the hunt for eggs!  Avery used an Elmo basket, very appropriate for her...

After finding all the eggs she sat down with daddy to see what was inside (Bunny crackers, and animal crackers)

 

Then we all posed for some nice photos under the tree before relaxing for the rest of the day!
